Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping

Three US shipping methods are offered: Standard Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air.

Standard Ground
Delivery occurs in 7 to 10 business days after order processing.

 

3 Day Select
Delivery occurs by the end of 3rd business days after order processing.

2nd Day
Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after order processing.

Next Day Air
Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after order processing. 

All delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via UPS for most items. Shipping rates can be calculated on our checkout page after items are added to your cart and your complete delivery address is entered. For international orders, please be advised that our shipment costs do not include any duties imposed by your customs authorities. Duties, Taxes and Brokerage fees are not charged by us and will be due at time of delivery on orders shipping outside the United States. Please contact UPS and/or your Customs Office for an estimate of these fees.

Returns & Replacements

You can return any new and unopened product to us for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping, as long as it is received at our warehouse within 30 days from the original date of sale. If your order was shipped to you for free, there will be $12. deducted from your refund.

Any item which proves to be defective within the first 30 days from the date of sale will be replaced to you at no charge, provided you first ship the defective item back to our warehouse postage paid. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies please contact the appropriate Manufacturer for instructions.

We offer FREE return shipping on exchanges of items over $100. Simply contact us and we will email you a pre-paid UPS return shipping label.

We're sorry but we cannot accept used items for credit or refund.

NOTE: Special orders and software not returnable.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of sale.

 

How to Return An Item

If you would like to return an item please call us at 831-475-3383 for a Return Authorization Number before sending the item back.

This number MUST be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Johnson Hicks Marine reserves the right to charge customers a $25 fee that UPS Charges which include; change of address, return to sender and refused packages.

Returns received without a Return Authorization number will be refused.
 

Refunds

All Refunds will be made within 7 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse.

Refunds will only be issued by the same method of payment used on the original order.

 

Exchanges

We will exchange any item which proves to be defective within the first 30 days from the date of sale at no charge provided you first ship the defective item back to our warehouse postage paid. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies please contact the appropriate manufacturer for instructions.

You may also exchange any new and unopened item within 30 days from the date of sale as well. Please call for a "Return Authorization" number before sending any item back. Please allow one business day after receipt of the returned item for the new item to ship out.

Your Guarantee

By purchasing from Johnson Hicks Marine, you are purchasing from a factory certified dealer. We know that there are a lot of sites on the web that will most likely be less than us, but if that site buys from a distributor, which most of them do, they would not be able to offer their customer the benefits of buying from a factory dealer. Some of those benefits include:

·       minimum of a 1 (one) year extension to the factory warranty

·       Full communication of product updates, software updates and new additions to product lines

·       Notification in the unlikely event of a warranty issue

Online Orders 

The fastest and easiest is to simply place your order online by adding products to your shopping cart and using your credit card to purchase them through our website.
